Standards for school and university

Wherever you are, you are surrounded by standards. Using your mobile phone, driving a car, cooking food, watching a film, taking a photo – almost whatever you do depends on standards to function. Life would be quite difficult without them. This is the sort of thing the Swedish Institute for Standards does. In collaboration with companies and organizations in Sweden and elsewhere, we work constantly to simplify, improve, assure the quality of and create joint standards.
